Walnut Heights PTA Parent Education Committee is excited to welcome guest speaker, Eli Hardwood, also known as the Attachment Nerd on Instagram! Eli will be speaking about attachment theory, science and applicability in the lives of parents and on connecting with our children. Her presentation will cover the different attachment styles and how parents can best attune to our little ones.

Eli has 17 years of clinical experience in helping individuals and families heal and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. She also recently wrote a book, Securely Attached, about guiding individuals to create loving relationships. Eli is a mom of three and as you can see on her social media page,
she shares her personal experiences and powerful messages on how to build healthy relationships
with our children.
