The Walnut Heights Gala is our school’s most significant fundraising event each year and we are delighted to have your support for our outstanding school. Whether you are a parent, family member, teacher, staff, or valued supporter, your contribution allows us to create a lasting impact on our school and our children. Organized by the Walnut Heights PTA, this annual event brings together parents, teachers, and community supporters to raise funds in support of every student on our very special campus.

February 21-28, 2025

The online portion will be open Friday, February 21 at 5pm and closes the evening of Friday, February 28. Each category will close at different times throughout the evening on February 28th to allow for last minute bidding. Closing times for each category will be clearly stated on the auction page.

VIP Tables 

Last year’s VIP tables were such a hit so we’re bringing them back this year! The lucky winners of the two tables will have the best seats in the house with your tablemates, be the first to eat, and will receive complimentary bottles of wine and bubbles at your table.

Reminder: you do not need a ticket to the gala to participate in the online auction! It’s open for anyone to bid: you do not need to have kids at the school to snag some of the incredible items. Simply register in advance and we will keep you updated!

What to wear 

The theme for this year's gala is Storybook Soiree. What is your favorite fairytale story and character? Is it Aladdin, Goldilocks, Ariel, the Mad Hatter or even the Caterpillar? Use your imagination and dress up as any character from any story. We cannot wait to see your creativity run wild.

Things to Know

• Arrive on time! The parent hosted parties are first-come, first-served and these parties will fill up quickly!
• A credit card only bar will be available throughout the night for you to purchase your drinks (please bring some cash to tip our amazing bartenders). There will be specialty cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Please take a ride share if you are planning on drinking.

Event Timeline 

• 5 pm: Drinks, passed bites and silent auction/parent-party sign ups
  
  
• 6 pm: Dinner service begins (VIP tables will be able to get their food first) followed by the live auction. 
  
  
• 8 pm: DJ and dancing
